奥德赛艺术节

ODYSSEY is AG体育app's biennial arts festival where students attend a variety of curated 执行ances and creative hands-on workshops during two school days in February.
奥德赛 features over 200 professionals in dance, music, 执行ing, visual, and media arts. 这些艺术家, 教育工作者, and 执行ing groups 教, 激励, 娱乐, and encourage students to think creatively throughout their time at AG体育app and beyond.
Both 奥德赛 days consist of five 50-minute periods of workshops and 执行ances, 午休时间. Campus is closed and there will be no study halls, guided study, mentor classes or ILC access. 奥德赛 days are regular attendance days and all students are expected to attend.
More information for students and families about how to navigate the 奥德赛 journey will be distributed in the months leading up to the festival.

奥德赛的领导
奥德赛 is coordinated by 美术 Manager 阿曼达Peterlin and Director of 美术 乔恩·格莱斯.
Every AG体育app employee 玩s a role in 奥德赛’s success, with special acknowledgment to the 美术 Division, 数据处理, 政府, 通信, Operations (including the Sodexo, 安全, IT, AV, 和剧场技术团队), and all the SHS Faculty and Staff who advise, 教, 执行, 监督, and participate in the festival.
标志设计比赛
A new logo, designed by a AG体育app student, is selected for every 奥德赛. The 美术 Department is now accepting student logo submissions for 奥德赛 2024. The deadline for entry is 2023年3月10日，星期五.

- 标志设计工作坊: It is strongly recommended that students interested in the contest attend the workshop on Tuesday, February 21 (3:30 - 4:15 PM) 6108房间. 这个可选, free workshop with Kristin Maskalunas, principal designer and owner of KMGD Design, will review effective logo design, 包括字体, 颜色选择, 和图像. This is also an opportunity to ask 奥德赛 organizers questions and get feedback on designs-in-progress.
奥德赛标志历史
Prior to each 奥德赛, current AG体育app students are invited to enter a logo design contest. The winning designer receives a $150 prize and their logo appears on all communications and products for the following years’ festival.
